MetaWatch Manager for iOS App Reviews

I have had this watch for almost a year now was using it with an IPhone 4s very little problems. Upgrated to IPhone 6Plus now the watch does not stay connected or even tries to connect. I hope that you have not given up on this it would be such a waste for both me and the Manufacturer.

The weather is not working and I cant play or pause music... Can you please fix it. This wasnt a cheap watch when I got it to make it useless now.

The watch is a decent device, when works. Watch freezes from time to time. Rebooting can be a hassle. Notifications are decent.

Works great on iOS 7, dont install iOS 8 if you do just flush this watch down the toilet as they dont update their products and may have gone out of business.

So much potential, things have seemingly stopped with this watch maker and were left high and dry with a piece of junk.

Slow to no updates. Now with the M1 available, seems like the Strata owners have been left in development limbo. Three years on and I still cant believe the lack of useful widgets. How many sports score scrapers do we need? But yet still no simple stopwatch. Another score for the MetaWatch development team.

Great phone/watch app

Its the best smartwatch on the market and a great app to go with it. Not like a geeky computer but a simple way to get notifications from apps and also useful widgets to boot. I love having my local weather and my next appointment at a glance. Ive also been following Cowboys football games. Wonderful watch and app!

Kiss my battery buy not allowing phone in standby. Will buy a Pebble.

Not sure about the other reviews but I like the simplistic design. Interface works well and all changes I make only take a few seconds to update onto the watch. Waiting for other 3rd party folks to get in and develop more on the watch but for a start does all as advertised.

If you are expecting an Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Gear, you will be disappointed. However, if you are just looking for a watch to help be a Notification Center so you are not always pulling out your phone, this App and the Metawatch work just fine. Text messages, email, and other notifications work just fine and allow you to look at the watch with a glance to decide if you want to answer your phone. One con is that there is a lack of apps and watch faces to customize your watch. Also, it would be nice to actually utilize the motion sensor that is built into the watch.

If I could give this a zero, I would. I normally do not criticize apps and always look for the positive. What could be a fully functional and competitive smart watch that matches its good looks sits in a drawer. The latest updates consists of yet more useless sports feeds and a couple of uninspired watch face options. If you only want notifications, then look no further. I expected more. At this time this is a disappointment and somewhat useless. Hopefully developers can prove me wrong. Soon.

Hi! I love my MetaWatch Strata, but the iOS9 upgrade seems to have killed the connectivity. Can you please release an upgrade so I can keep using it?

Disappointed on the watch....Bluetooth would connect for a second then disconnect.... On and off... I was told it is the iOS, but meta has not updated since January....going to get a pebble... Good reviews and Apple has a lot of apps for the watch...very disappointed with meta, dont buy

As time goes on my patience has run out, wont buy an M1 because theyll probably decide to stop supporting and updating that when the M2 comes out. Development has all but stopped, after 10 months theres improves iOS 8 support that adds nothing to the product. The promise of an app Eco system and motion tracking as of now all seem like a lie to get people excited for something they have no intention of doing. Over promised and under delivered, Im no longer wearing it and after almost 2 years find very little value in it. Pros: does deliver notifications, sometimes.
