Have realistic expectations, and you will be pleased.

If you are expecting an Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Gear, you will be disappointed. However, if you are just looking for a watch to help be a Notification Center so you are not always pulling out your phone, this App and the Metawatch work just fine.

Text messages, email, and other notifications work just fine and allow you to look at the watch with a glance to decide if you want to answer your phone.

One con is that there is a lack of apps and watch faces to customize your watch. Also, it would be nice to actually utilize the motion sensor that is built into the watch.
